After working 15+ years in both the restaurant industry and in home improvements, I needed a change. While searching for a house for my family, I fell in love with the whole process of Real Estate. I have never been the type to simply work a J-O-B for a paycheck. I feel it is important to not just like what you do for a living, but to really love, enjoy, and have passion for what you do.
I also believe it is important to help your community, and lend a hand to those who are in need. I have started a not-for-profit group which hosts multiple fundraising events per year. We have raised money for Autism Awareness and Prostate Cancer Awareness.
I have a real passion for helping people, and real estate allows me to help with one of the most important transactions a person can make in their life. In real estate, an agent isn’t just a middle-man to help market the home. A great agent is compassionate to the needs of his clients and should be able to educate the consumer by passing on his knowledge. I am constantly looking for ways to further my knowledge of the real estate market, and the industry as a whole.

Having been involved in different facets of the real estate industry, I truly love what I do. Real estate is not only instrumental to our economy, but it is how your average person is able to build personal wealth. I work with both buyers and sellers. My goal when working for a client is to put their priorities above my own and do what is best for them. I believe that being honest with people and letting them know where things stand at all times is the best way to work.
Real estate is not just my job, but my passion. I make it a point to be involved in different aspects of the business. I am involved with different committees on our local board: Long Island Board of Realtors, and I am Past President of LIBOR’s Young Professionals Network. I believe it is important to be involved in the leadership of our board because it allows me to be a voice on things that affect our business and our clients. On top of it all, I am also a licensed real estate instructor and certified ERA trainer. The classes that I teach are about utilizing social media for real estate, working with veterans, orientations into real estate sales, and ERA’s accelERAtion course.
Proudly born and raised in Queens, I have lived in Bellerose since 1989. I have had the pleasure of going to some great schools like St. Francis Preparatory and obtained my bachelors degree in Finance at St. John’s University. Many people ask why I went into the real estate business, and my response has been that I was literally born into it. My parents own ERA Top Service Realty, Inc. and they have poured everything into this company. I started working for them when I was in high school and fell in love with the business. There’s no better feeling than knowing you helped someone into their first home, or helped them realize the potential of an investment, etc. My market area is literally all over Queens, as well as parts of Long Island.
Now that you know a little bit more about me, I look forward to meeting you and being of service for any and all of your real estate needs!
The year was 2000 and I was a freshman in college focused my studies. I needed a job while attending college, so when I saw a job posting for an administrative position in the local newspaper, I was hired at a great real estate office in Moriches, New York. Born and raised on Long Island, I remember feeling like real estate was similar to learning a new language. After a few years in the business, the broker choose to affiliate with the Coldwell Banker franchise system. Being exposed to a power house office and being surrounded by so many successful Realtors®, I changed my major from English to business after finishing an internship at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Upon completing my undergraduate studies in 2005, and obtaining my real estate licensee, I decided to continue my studies and pursued my master’s degree in business administration from Dowling College.
The next several years shaped my career in a dramatic way. I was promoted to vice president and oversaw the entire company alongside the broker. While many local offices were closing; our brokerage was acquiring offices, and included some of our biggest competitors. So, when I joined the company we had one office with 30 licenses, and over my 13 years with the company they stand now with four offices and over 120 licenses coinciding with a reputation of good business practices.
In 2013 my career took another shift, and I joined the brand I had grown to love, taking a position with Coldwell Banker’s International Corporate headquarters. My current title is Executive Business Consultant; and my role is to work with individually owned and operated franchises in Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, The Catskill Mountain Region of New York and Rhode Island. I feel very fortunate for starting from the bottom of the real estate industry answering phones to being where I am today, and I feel it has given me a true respect for the way the industry functions. Every new agent I meet, I explain to them how important it is to never forget how being new to an industry feels and to help the next person they meet that might be floundering.
Some of the moments I am most proud of in real estate include being recognized by Realtor® Magazine in the class of 2010’s Top 30 Realtors® under the age of 30 Realtors® in America, starting the Long Island Board of Realtor®’s Young Professional Network, Creating a program to bring attention to young professionals, and obtaining my certified international property specialist designation.
My volunteer positions at the local level include serving on LIBOR’s Young Professional Network, and the Public Relations committee. On the state level, I am a proud board member of the New York State Association of Realtors® along with sitting on the YPN committee, and the Education committee. At the National level, I serve on the National Association Of Realtors® Data Strategies Committee. Lastly, I am an avid supporter of the only advocacy group for homeownership, RPAC; Realtors® Political Action Committee.
My professional passions include raising the bar for ethics and education in real estate, staying on top of the technological advances in the industry and helping new agents navigate the business from the beginning. My personal interests include reading, watching and playing sports, travel, food and wine.
